We have a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative to work at our Bury Depot.
As Warehouse Operative you will report to the Dayshift Manager and will assist with the receiving and despatching of customer tyres.
Requirements :
No experience is required as full training will be given. However you need to be a team player with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work. You will need an eye for detail and must be literate and numerate.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0700 to 1630.

Warehouse Manager - Winnall
We now have a vacancy for a Warehouse Manager. The position will report directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager and be responsible for managing the Winnall Warehouse and Transport operation.
You will be required to manage busy goods in schedules, the distribution of tyres to our customers, manage a team of warehouse staff and drivers, identify improvements and monitor performance against KPI’s, identify training needs, and have responsibility to comply with best practice and current legislation including Health & Safety. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and general up keep of the site.

The successful applicant will show an excellent understanding in all aspects of Warehousing, Transport and MTS procedures and have some knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation. You will be computer literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

An opportunity has arisen to join the purchasing team based at MTS head office.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director the key roles of the position will be to:
• Manage the flow of stock into and between MTS warehouses
• Monitor and address stock availability
• Liaise with key suppliers for delivery arrangements

• Build load details
• Process invoices for key suppliers
• Complaint tyre management
Requirements :
The ideal candidate must be highly organised with a high work rate whilst achieving a high accuracy under pressure. Specific experience is not required however, experience in logistics or within a key role within an admin department would be favourable.
